Biography

A physician-scientist/entrepreneur in the biotech industry by day and a member of Camerata Notturna (at night), Chris is an active violinist having performed a recent recital with accompanist Jing Li at Tarisio in New York in June 2019. Chris was born in Houston, TX where he started his studies with Korean violinist Mrs. Ha as a child, then moved to West Des Moines, IA and continued his studies with Cheryl Kutscher. He studied with Daniel Stepner while attending Harvard and currently works with Alex Fortes and Maria Im.
