On Friday 11 March 2011 the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, causing a horrific nuclear accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.
After the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Save The Children Japan provided programs in the core areas of education, child protection, and creating child-friendly communities in the Tohoku area. Now 10 years after the event that shook my home country of Japan, we must not forget how important it is to make the world a safe place for our children. The local children still need a lot of support. Now that I have become a father, this issue is more close to me than ever!
I am raising money for Save the Children through a MusicTrveler.TV performance on March 11th. All proceeds go to Save the Children.
