Ideal for photo, video or film shoot, music, dance or theater rehearsal and intimate performance. With Meyer Sound system, fully professional lighting system (a mix of incandescent and moving LED lights), two Baldwin 9 ft concert grand pianos, back-line of drum set, guitar and bass amps, music stands et al. Separate kitchen area for food prep, microwave, fridge etc. Very fast WiFi for live streaming with long CAT 6 cable, video camera, wireless mics (both handheld and over-ear) available for modest additional rental fee. Accessible 24 hours a day.
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours (or longer) before the time of booking the full amount will be refunded to your card. If it is cancelled inside of 24 hours, then no refund will be given.
