On 1st and Vignes we built a co-living space with 18 custom pods (bunk beds) that are film-friendly, along with a small kitchen, TV room, shared bathrooms and a mezzanine level with 10ft table and benches.
The ceiling height is 12+ ft, we have concrete floors, ground floor, and a really cool atmosphere!
