We are one block west of Abbot Kinney with 12 parking spots, a conference room, TV room, 3 kitchens, BBQ, huge grassy yard, basketball court, volleyball court, WIFI, lockers, music room, and 32 of our custom built pods.
For this rate, you would be renting the backyard privately only.
The interior of the house will be shared with our co-living tenants - such as bathrooms, kitchen, lobby, reception, and lounge areas.
You are welcome to visit the space prior to booking.
NOTE: we have sensitive neighbors so we cannot host after 10pm!
