***Rehearsal Room Rules***

🗓️ Please don’t arrive before your scheduled time, and make sure to pack up everything by the end of your booking.

💳 Just a reminder, the room rate is €24 per hour (€18/h for duos). You can pay either in cash or by card, and split the cost among the whole band.

🚫 If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you can do so free of charge with a 2-day notice. After that, you’ll need to pay the full amount, which you can settle online via a card or bank transfer (I’ll provide you with a link).

***Recording and/or Audio Post-Production Studio Rules***

🗓️ Please don’t arrive before your scheduled time, and make sure to finish everything, including exports, within your booked hours. The setup of the recording room and headphone monitoring will be counted as part of your booking hours (unless otherwise agreed).

💳 Just a reminder, the Studio rate is €45 per hour for single hours, €160 for a 4-hour package, and €300 for an 8-hour package. You can use the package hours on different days while keeping the setup in place (e.g., from evening to the next morning), and payment can be made either in cash or by card.

If the booking is cancelled 48 hours (or longer) before the time of booking the full amount will be refunded to your card. If it is cancelled inside of 48 hours, then no refund will be given.
