Yamaha C3 in good condition, perfect for practising and small rehearsals with singers or instrumentalists. The practise room is on the 4th floor (with lift access), lots of light and mountain views (on a clear day!). Can be used to record competition videos - I have tripod you can use. You can also use bathroom, balcony and kitchen during practise breaks. A second keyboard is available (Dexibell Stage). Welcome to use the Wi-fi and air conditioning during the hot summer months!
No shoes, no smoking inside - there is a balcony. No food/drink near the piano.
