I will meet you at the location to hand over keys on your arrival. For the piano, no interior playing aside from fingers near the tuning pins to mute the strings, and no interior playing with outside objects. If you must smoke, please do it outside the building and not on the apartment terrace. Feel free to use the refrigerator and glasses for beverages, but WITH CARE please. Thank you.

Ich treffe Sie vor Ort, um Ihnen bei Ihrer Ankunft die Schlüssel zu übergeben.
