The high ceilings and absence of parallel walls—coupled with the sound-proofing and acoustic treatment, make this space excellent for recording.
Indeed all manor of different sounds can be achieved here. Close mics for a rich, fat sound—room and ambient mics for a more open, complex sound—blending to your taste, of course.
You can even make use of the stairwell as a beautiful natural reverb—like the greats have been doing for 70+ years—and the DIRAC speaker correction hardware we've installed, means those cool sounds you're making, really do sound cool!
1) Don't be a dick. 2) Parking available in courtyard on 'left side' only—first come, first serve. 3) No tobacco smoking. 4) Dogs allowed. 5) No drinks near any equipment. 6) No parties 7) No starting songs with, 'I woke up this morning'.
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours (or longer) before the time of booking the full amount will be refunded to your card. If it is cancelled inside of 24 hours, then no refund will be given.
