The attractive concert hall in the cultural district of Nonntal.
The Mozarteum Orchestra is overjoyed to have its own musical venue in the Orchesterhaus - for rehearsals, events and management. The building, designed by Salzburg architect Franz Fonatsch, was opened in 1991 and celebrated 30 proud years last concert season. Its modern architecture with art on the building, the generous space available, the location close to the old town and not least the extensively modernized event technology make the Orchesterhaus an extremely attractive concert hall at Petersbrunnhof in the charming cultural district of Nonntal. Since the summer of 2020, it has increasingly become the focus of Salzburg's lively music scene with the HEIMSPIEL concert series.
