relax - create - rehearse -record you want to be away from the big city, but not too far away, without distraction for a few days or weeks to be creative together in relaxation, rehearse intensively and record your music, then you've come to the right place. we rent out our studio with an integrated living area at the "weinviertel" (wine quarter, lower austria). you can come with your technician, or we will arrange ours for you. there are
a studio a control room a vocal booth a room with a large double bed, a sofa bed and a big desk two additional sofa beds, each of which can be pulled out as a double bed. there is also a day bed in the control room that can be used as a single bed a small newly renovated bathroom & wc a living-kitchen area with everything necessary beautiful and cozy places in front of the house and at the water lily pond the studio is easily accessible by train - from vienna in one hour. the train station is 10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car from us. We're happy to pick you up from there and bring you back. the nearest shops are 10 minutes away by car. we are at your disposal all year round. one day (with overnight stay) euro 120.00 one week (7 days) euro 600.00 one month euro 1750.00 5% per person will be added from the 3rd person https://klanghaus.at/rent-your-creative-studio
* final cleaning euro 90.00 there will be an intermediate cleaning á euro 70.00/week in addition for a stay of more than two weeks * technician, if required (by arrangement; on a fee basis) * a deposit of euro 300.00 for possible damages is required
If the booking is cancelled 72 hours (or longer) before the time of booking the full amount will be refunded to your card. If it is cancelled inside of 72 hours, then no refund will be given.
