Biography

David A. Janello is a distinguished composer of classical music and sacred music for the Eastern Orthodox Church.  

Performers of his works include the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet (Grammy Award Winner), tenor Nmon Ford (Grammy Award Winner), the Greater Bridgeport Symphony, the Long Beach Chorale and Chamber Orchestra, and Novum Cantorum.

As a flutist, Dr. Janello performed as soloist for North German Radio, for BBC and NPR radio broadcasts, and at the LA Philharmonic Boulez Festival (at the request of Pierre Boulez).  He is a Laureate of the Concert Artist Guild Competition.
