The piano has a beautiful sound and the room is spacious and very bright. It's perfect for solo practicing or rehearsal with others, there is plenty of space and chairs, with air conditioning. If you need you can also practice your own instrument (violin, cello, clarinet…)
Il pianoforte a mezza coda ha un bel suono e la stanza è spaziosa e molto luminosa, con aria condizionata. E' perfetta per solisti o musica da camera, con divani e sedie. Se hai bisogno puoi esercitarti anche con il tuo strumento (violino, violoncello, clarinetto, ecc…)

Practicing at Ricardo’s place was a wonderful experience! I was preparing for a piano competition, and his place in Palermo was perfect for my needs. The Yamaha is an excellent instrument and well-regulated.
I practiced there before a concert for three hours and it was a great space with a Yamaha piano in a pretty good state for practice. Ricardo and his family were super welcoming and helpful and I felt super comfortable working there. Definitely will repeat there if I go back to Palermo ! Grazie
I was in Palermo on holiday and wanted to spend some time at the piano to ensure I didn’t get too rusty. The host was incredibly welcoming and insisted I make myself at home, offering coffee and water. I never felt disturbed in my practice as the apartment is spacious and I didn't hear any noise coming from outside the room. The piano sounds and feels incredibly lovely to play, one or two notes in the upper register were slightly detuned but it never had a huge effect on my playing. After my rehearsal, the host offered advice on things to visit in Palermo. Overall, a great experience
The host was very friendly and kind. I could practice 2 hours without any interruption. The host even gave me a lift to my hostel because it was already late in the evening, that was really kind of them.
The host Riccardo, himself an accomplished violinist, devoted dedicated effort in maintaining the grand piano which is decades old. The piano is mature and excellent for rehearsal and facilitating in curating technical skills and developing expression. Strongly recommending this as a sanctuary for pianists requiring a place for refreshment and retreat. Riccardo is welcoming and supportive, communicating insightfully on his passion for music, which is an extra credit uncommon in a transactional piano rental experience. Much appreciated and will definitely go to his place again when next visiting Palermo!
