Come practice or rehearse in my living room. I am a professional pianist, and my semi-concert grand Baldwin has been painstakingly maintained in the six years that I have owned it. It's situated in my living room, which is full of big bright windows that look out on the trees and street of my very quiet neighborhood. Since I am the only occupant of the home, I promise complete privacy and a great space to focus. Plus you can feel free to use the restroom, or head to the kitchen for cold or hot water.
