Biografie

Yeonah Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 2014. She began playing the violin at the age of 4. Since she was 5 years old, she has been studying at the Seoul Central Conservatory under Sunny Lee. She won 2nd place at The Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition in Belgium in April 2023, and 2nd place and the Audience Award at the Piccolo Violino Magico competition in Italy in July 2023. In September 2023, she became the youngest person to win 1st place, audience prize, and young jury prize at The 5th Zhuhai International Mozart Competition for Young Musicians. In 2024, Yeonah got the Kumho Prodigy Recital in the spring and in the summer she did the opening recital of Piccolo Violino Magico competition and performed with the Accademia darchi arrigoni orchestra in Austria and Italy.
