Production related shoots, videos, hosting, and parking lot rental.

We have 9,000 sq ft over 2 floors with a 4,000 sq ft parking lot and deck overlooking the W Hotel and the Cathedral.

On the corner of Hilgard and Le Conte, we have 27 rooms around 100-200 sq ft each with custom built bunk beds we call Pods. There is a window in each room that can be opened, and a custom built desk. Outlets, overhead lights and personal locker inside each room. Number of beds in each room vary from 1-8.

Bathrooms, showers and kitchen are all communal. There is a lot of natural light, white walls, long hallways, and space.

$50/hour is for a private dorm room rental. If you wish to shoot in our hallways, lobbies, or any other part of the building + park on the premises then there will be an additional charge. Please write us with your budget, hours, and number of cast/crew so we can adjust the custom rate on this site. We do not need much advance notice for this rental.
