Description

It is my precious house in Riverdale, neighborhood where Toscanini lived for many years!

Far from the chaos of Manhattan, it is the perfect place to quietly practicing, while having an amazing view of the Van Cortland Park (twin of Central Park). It is also very close to the 1 subway, so you can easily reach it from Midtown.

A music stand is available.

Also, I am a pianist myself and my roommate is a vocal coach... so we might be helpful!
