L'edificio storico si trova nel centro della citta a circa 6 min a piedi dalla stazione della U3 Volkstheater. La stanza è adatta anche a prove di un coro o di musica da camera.
Siamo un'associazione culturale e la stanza è a disposizione quando non ci sono altre manifestazioni.
