Cancellation

Set-up & tear-down
Must fit inside the booked time-slot. Extra time = extra charge.
Smoking / vaping
Strictly non-smoking indoors. Designated area: Pocket Park courtyard only.
Food & drinks
Cold snacks and closed beverages permitted. No hot meals or open liquids near consoles, microphones or the Yamaha grand. Alcohol only with prior written approval.
Noise & curfew
Keep exterior doors closed during loud sessions. Volume must comply with local ordinance after 22:00.
Equipment care
Renter is liable for any damage. Bring your own storage media; Oslo Studios is not responsible for lost data.
Self-service sessions
User must be competent with Pro Tools, Aviom, MADI/Dante routing or connect their own interface/laptop to the provided stereo feed. A brief tech hand-over is included.
Piano tuning
Tuning of the piano is also available on request. However, the piano is generally tuned correctly.
Clean-up
Leave the room tidy; dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
Pets
Allowed only in Pocket Park or Lounge with prior approval.
