The living room with a beautiful Koch & Korselt grand piano is located in the 1st district. The space can be used for various things, such as a practice room for ensembles and chamber music. But you can book it for a house concert for performing musicians, presentations for visual artists, for author readings, impulse lectures. There is enough space for duos and quartets.
The piano is tuned on 440 Hz, perfect for semi professional and hobby pianists.
Please don't drink and eat while playing the piano.

It can not be guaranteed that the booking requests gets confirmed if it is less than 24 hours in advance.
Das Wohnzimmer mit einem herrlichen Koch & Korselt Flügel befindet sich im ersten Bezirk. Es kann für verschiedene Sachen genutzt werden wie zum Beispiel als Proberaum für Pianisten, Sänger und Ensembles, für Hauskonzerte, für vortragende Musiker:innen, Präsentation für bildende Künstler:innen, für Autor:innenlesungen, Impulsvorträge, Raum für Duos und Quartette.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hrs
If the booking is cancelled 24 hours (or longer) before the time of booking the full amount will be refunded to your card. If it is cancelled inside of 24 hours, then no refund will be given.
The place was near our AirBnB and also near the tram station. We had a good time for a one hour practice. Host was so kind and introduced us many places to go in Vienna! We are going to have weekly practice here until we leave Vienna after several months!
What an amazing location! I had booked the room to practice for an hour. It was a very warm welcome. The owner of the house is extremely friendly and hospitable. The piano sounds good and is nice to play on. I would love to practice here again!
Good, central location, and the room has great acoustics for singing practice, also for opera arias, it was so nice to practice here! Melitta is a wonderful hostess, will definitely book this room again on my next visit!
