Considered the “Best Kept Secret” by the musicians who frequently rehearse here, LUSH STUDIOS is a beautiful, fully equipped room with a mock-stage, a 5-piece Pearl drum set, LP and Toca congas, Yamaha Weighted 88 keyboard, floor monitor wedges and wireless mixer/ IPad to give you full control over your volume and sound! DJ's, Singers, Rappers, and Solo Artists can plug their phone directly into the full PA system to hear and sing along with their beats.

Lush is equipped with a complete backline and has been accoustically EQ’d by audio engineers, giving your music amazing sound due to both its unconventional shape and unique Sound Paneling. Created by musicians, for musicians; we know how important a great rehearsal can be for your next performance or for just getting the band back together again! We offer a beautiful, safe, private space for groups as well as individuals. Just 5 minutes from Manhattan, it is easy and convenient to get to from the city, and a great perk - free parking!
