You are only permitted to practice on the piano that is placed in the practice room. Please no food or beverages in the practice room.

Terms of Service
With the purchase of a lesson, practice session, subscription plan or gift certificate, the person or persons attending the lesson or practice session must follow the rules set forth by Beethoven Pianos Inc.

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 1 week prior to the reservation will be refunded with a $5 administration charge. Cancellation made within a week of a reservation will be refunded at 50% of the reservation cost. If canceling when using subscription credit or a gift certificate balance, a coupon code will be supplied with a discount to your next purchase with the appropriate amount on the coupon.

Wenn die Buchung 72 Stunden (oder früher) vor der Buchungszeit storniert wird, wird der gesamte Betrag zurück überwiesen. Wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 72 Stunden stattfindet, gibt es keine Rückerstattung.
