A nice single home with a garden, a beautiful living room with fireplace and parquet floor.
The living room is in the 1' first floor of a single house, near the the living room there is a recording & production studio where i produce electronic music, so you can have the opportunity to make some demo recording if you are confident with microphones and digital audio.
The acoustic is quite perfect due to the parquet floor and the large space.
I'm a musician, so I love so much hearing music!
The home is in a countryside near to Milan, you can easily reach the center of Milan with bus line.
Near the house there are hotels and resturants, so you can book for more than one days.

You can play from 8.00 in the morning to 22.00 in the afternoon.
